Air Ticket :

All passengers must produce a valid photo identification proof at the time of check in.

Guests will be subjected to a security screening prior to boarding the aircraft. This is mandatory per Indian Regulations.

For Flights within Indian Check-in counters open 3 hours prior to departure of flights and close 1 hour prior todeparture of flights. You may be denied boarding if you do not report in time.

For International flights Check-in usually starts 3 to 4 hours prior to departure, and Check- in counters will be closed75 minutes before departure time for all classes of guests.

Flight timings are subject to change without prior notice. Please recheck with the carrier prior to departure.

For Fare Rules/ Cancellation policty-refer to fare rules laid by the carrier.

For bookints made under class HBO fare, each of the passenger shall be allowed to carry only one(01) piece ofluggage of maximum seven(07) kg. of weight (having maximum overall dimensions of:115 cms. (L+W+H) onBoeigng aircarft and 108 cms(L+W+H) on Bombardier aircarft).

Hotel Booking :

Each Voucher is issued irrevocable for the period specified and the client is responsible for late arrival & early departure.

Hindustan Air Travels is not responsible for any illness, loss, damage, theft, injury, etc. suffered by client.

No Refund would be made for any reason what so ever unless we have stamped original Voucher signed by the hotel clearly stating that refunds should be made.

All refunds will be made after charging suitable communication/service charges.

All Cancellations / amendment will be applicable as per the hotel rules.

As per government rules it is mandatory for Indian nationals to show government approved photo id (except PAN card) like passport, driving license, aadhar card and passport must for foreign nationals.

Accounts :

Cash : Payment should be made to cashier in our office and to no one else

Cheque : All cheques should drawn in favour of HINDUSTAN AIR TRAVELS and crossed A/C Payee

Outstandings : We reserve the right to charge interest @ 24% per annum on all outstanding overdue account.

DISPUTES:-

All disputes will be subject ot DELHI Jurisdiction Only and any dispute/difference shallbe referred for decision and adjudication to the Sole Arbitrator appointed by the Proprietor
